Do I need to ask an integrator to create an inspection application?

No, you don’t need it. Scortex Spark has been developed to bring speed, ease and performance to your team to perform the inspections in full autonomy. No expertise of any type is required. Setup and training are done in less than a day.

How many parts do I need to set up an application?

Because your production processes are optimized, we know that it can be complex for your company to collect a lot of defective parts. That is why our solution requires just 30 healthy parts to reach top inspection performances.

Can the inspection application differentiate between defects?

The inspection application created at setup cannot, but this classification can progressively be added over time.

What is the smallest / largest part can we inspect with a single camera solution for typical visual defects of 1mm?

With a 2Mpixels camera Spark can see an area of 382x241 mm with the camera at 50 cm working distance.

With a 5Mpixels camera Spark can see an area of 630x530mm at 60cm working distance.

What will the Quality Center store for me?

In the Quality Center, you will find the images of the parts inspected, the results of the inspection (OK/NOK) logged in individual reports for each part. You will be able to download them from there (CSV format).
